set the background color (as you are using a scrolling cart)

It works partly. See the link: http://pastaristo.pl/our-menu/pasta/

I would like to have colour all the time.

then set wppizza-cart-wrap to the calor you want and the animation color to inherit

ps: up to you of course, but personally I would not make the cart sticky to start off with if you want this to work on a responsive layout / theme as the whole thing will become virtually unusable on small screen devices

    I don't get this part:

then set wppizza-cart-wrap to the calor you want

Where I can set it?? Sorry...

PPS: unless you write some javascript that makes the cart "un-sticky" under a certain screensize (i.e remove class .wppizza-cart-fixed )

like you did with the z-index

    ok.

thinking out loud regarding sticky cart and responsive.
maybe - additionally to restricting it as to how far down it can scroll by setting an element id - one might be able to also set how far up in can/should scroll which would/should - at a first guess - also take care of responsive themes where the container moves somewhere else entirely when the screensize is small...i'll have a think/fiddle
