Translation of "posted on" "by"

    I would like to know where i can translate the text on top op a post,
    it says something like “Posted on 27 juli, 2014 by admin”, i would like to change the words ‘posted on ‘and “by”
    also i would like to change te word, 2 “comments” in the bottem of the post.
    i search everywhere but cant find the right php file.

    i hope somebody can tell me where to change it
