   All of the correct javascript is loading to include the English localization but things are still showing up as {#table_dlg.cols}, {#table_dlg.rows}, etc.

   I'm having this under WP 3.2.1 as well. I have a hunch it'll work fine under 3.3, but I haven't tested that out.
