   I'd like to see an easy option to translate the theme. .po file maybe?

   A POT file for translation is provided with the theme. I haven't received any additional languages, though.

   I use the theme. Somehow I missed the pot file, or maybe I'm using a previous version that lacked the pot file.

   I'm going to do the translation for my own blog. I'll send it to you once finished.
