Hi,
I have created the new Affiliates.info website. I am adding few original English articles a day, and i wish to translate all of them into Spanish as well (in a different word press website, in Spanish, under the same domain).
How is it done?

Manually.
Turn on Multisite, make an es.affiliates.info subdomain, post the articles there in Spanish.

Which of the multisite plugins? and do i need to perform a secondary installation of wordpress?
No, straight up Multisite will do you fine.
You will need to download the language pack for Spanish, if you want the back end to be in Spanish.
