Transfering to new domain…keep getting different errors

I was working on putting the content into http://www.starpursuit.com and wanted to transfer everything over to http://www.myonlineconsulting.com which is on the same godaddy hosting account. I followed http://educhalk.org/blog/?p=50 instructions or so I thought and I keep getting errors. Somehow the original one (starpursuit) is now giving me this error:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

More importantly, the one I want to transfer to is giving me this one:

Warning: require(/home/content/r/e/n/rennykrieg/html/myonlineconsulting/wp-includes/author-template.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/r/e/n/rennykrieg/html/myonlineconsulting/wp-settings.php on line 331

I tried looking for the author-template.php file…I don’t know how it’d randomly disappear, but I can’t find it?? Ugh, so frustrating can someone please help…
