Good Morning. I have a WordPress blog. My brother-in-law wants one too. So I set up a blog for him, using his blog name, as a new blog in my account. I now want to transfer that blog to him as admin/proprietor. I don't want to have anything to do with it. He doesn't want me involved except as a user. How do we effect the transfer?
Appreciate any guidance. Thank you
Sorry but I don't understand this:

What account? Are you talking about wordpress.com? If so, then you are at the wrong spot. This support forum is for self hosted wordPress only.

Hi Christine. Perhaps I wasn't clear. I am an old fogey, new to all this. I set up a blog, using wordpress - rcrejects.wordpress.com. Within that environment, when I am logging on, wordpress invite me to set up new blogs. I did so, on behalf of my brother-in-law, but now I want to transfer that blog and admin to him. The issue is that had he started from scratch, he would have been able to use his favourite blog name. But. Because I already reserved that name, it is allocated to me, and is within my wordpress environment. I would happily close down the blog I set up for him and let him start from scratch. Alternatively, I would transfer the admin of that blog to him.
Is that clearer. Sorry if I am being unclear.
wordpress.com blogs are supported on http://wordpress.com
