Transfer Facebook likes to Facebook page

    I have a website with about 1200+ likes and I have just created a Facebook page which as of now has zero likes.

    I am using Jetpack and the Facebook plugin for WordPress.

    Is there anyway to:

    (a) Transfer the 1200+ likes from my website to my Facebook page?

    (b) Link both the Facebook page and the website so that likes get transferred automatically between both places?
