   I just read an article saying that using trailling slash in permarlink structure will get the result of 2 url pointing to the same post--
   http://domain.com/post/
   http://domain.com/post
   So, in google's eye, it's duplicated content.
   Does WP consider this fact and help us in someway?

   No - it's not! Otherwise 99.9% of the sites on the web would be penalised for duplicate content. Google is a lot smarter than that.
