• I am so new to this, I just set up my wordpress site last night. I followed a Youtube tutorial to set up Google Analyticator. I enabled it under Settings, and chose my Google Analytics account. However, when I go to Google Analytics and look at my tracking code under user management, the status is “tracking not installed.” Help! On the tutorial this automatically showed “installed” and it happened almost immediately. Where could I have gone wrong?? It’s been about an hour and I’ve refreshed it several times – still says it’s not installed.

  • This same thing is happening to me 🙁 I’m wondering if there was any change after like 24-48 hours? Did you end up resolving it?

I am experiencing the same thing. I am somewhat confused about the fact that at no point does the installation process ask for either the tracking ID or the tracking code. Is this taken care of when the pop-up gives me an authorization code? If this is all automated how can I be sure every page has the code installed?
