tracking virtual downloads

Just transfered our site to WP
We used google analytics to track our virtual downloads, like pdfs docs and external links clicked on our old site
Whats the best way to do this now with wordpress?
I installed the Wp Google analytics plugin but I cannot find how to track virtual links
