Tracking URL messing up my code?

    Hi there,
    I have designed this site -http://psychic.cmsthemer.com/ which works perfectly but when i add a tracking code to it i.e http://psychic.cmsthemer.com/?source=google all the templating goes all over the place. I have examined the coding but fail to see what i have done wrong. I have placed the index.php and the sidebar.php file template file below. Can anyone see anything i have done wrong. Anyone else have any similar problems?
