   I want to use QR codes to link to an image file on my blog.

   Example (from my wordpress.com blog):
   http://howtowriteacrazyloveletter.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/love-letter-31.jpg

   Is there a way to track how many times this URL gets a hit? Any ideas?
