tyankeei own about 50+ WP blogs and decided to give trackbacks a test but i can't get them to work on any sites except for one (so i know they work).. i have searched all over for answers and done everything suggested but still not working.. i have settings set to allow for trackbacks and pingbacks and in fact some sites show pingbacks in the comments area but when i try to enter a URL under a post in admin under 'trackbacks', it shows as 'pinged' but never shows up under comments and doesn't show up as a comment on the other site.. it is not awaiting approval either.. i have used the standard classic theme so that i can assure it's not the theme..
what am i missing...
