My comment spam is handled effectively by Spam Karma. Great. My trackback spam seems to get in my database, without passing Spam Karma, for some reason ?
All my posts have their ping-status set to closed (so no trackback or pingback is possible, i assumed).
I have now finally *deleted* wp-trackback.php, which would, if i understand correctly, all possible trackback spam completely. But still i receive trackback-spam, is their any other way they could access, say my wp-config.php ... could they use their own php, include my php scripts in their ? and run the their own wp-trackback on my database ????? Just guessing here, because i got no clue.
And how could i stop that ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)
