   When I send a trackback, the link sent is not based on my custom permalink structure. See, for example, this post, and the corresponding trackback here. Running 1.5.1 with revision 2606 of functions.php and xmlrpc.php. Any ideas?

   Ah, so you guys know. I guess the solution for now is to publish the post, and then send trackbacks?

   I have created the FixBack WordPress plugin to fix this problem. I also updated the bug report with more details, so hopefully it will be fixed in a future version. See my post WordPress pingback and trackback bug for exhaustive details.
