Two title pages appear on all pages

I hired someone to design my site and they have since moved on and I cannot reach them. My website http://www.ejflooring.com shows two page titles on all pages. The first title is one I created with Yoast SEO plugin, the second title is one that I think is programmed into the site and shows up on every page (it is the same title for all pages and says EJ Flooring Mid-Missouri flooring experts). The second title is also sandwiched against my custom tile and causes all my title tags to be almost 100 characters. How can I eliminate or hide the original page title? I have looked through many posts and did not see this problem occurring anywhere else, any help is appreciated.
