Totally lost and need help

I purchased a Business Directory template from Premium Press hoping I could easily adjust it to add a Classifieds Ads section as well but gave up on that so now I have found another Classifieds Ads template from Osclass that is suitable.My original intentions was to have one huge resources website with a place for members to create their own webpage,then allow all registered users to place classified ads on what they may have for sale. Basically 3 divisions or parts all in one website.
We designed our own website last year using GoDaddy and although it took awhile,to me it was much more easy to accomplish the desired result where attempting to build this website by myself is proving too difficult.There is no live support for WordPress that I can find.If anyone out there is a WordPress Guru and can offer help to get this up and going,please let me know,thanks
