Total price doesn't update and show for all variable products

I am using the shop with catalog option, only approved members are able to make a purchase. Here is a customer login to be able to view my problem:

Issue is with variable products. Some of the products show grand total when all fields selected – http://www.indieframes.com.au/product/annie/

Other variable products do not show Grand Total – http://www.indieframes.com.au/product/nine/

I am not sure what the difference is. I’ve been trying to notice the difference between products but could not. .from price tag is hidden with css – I do not want to show from $0.00 BUT I want to display the grand total numbers on the bottom.

Please advice!
