Top Posts and Top Searches not being reported on Dashboard (2 posts)

When I view my stats on the Dashboard, my Top Posts and Top Searches are not being reported and listed. When I View All stats on the Stats page they appear.

They used to show up, for several months, then they suddenly stopped. This has caused my Popular Posts Plugin to stop working and stop being displayed on my page as well.

The issue began about the same time that I upgraded hosting with GoDaddy and as a result was assigned a new IP address. (yes I know, WP and godaddy is not the best combination...)

What can I do to make these stats re-appear and my WP Popular Posts plugin to work again?

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don't forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can't get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
