Tool to create a page that lists certain tags alphabetically? (1 post)

I'm creating a WordPress site for a friend that write book reviews. She would like to have a page in her menu that alphabetically lists all the authors of the books she has written reviews of. So if you enter the "Author page" you can click on a authors name and see post(s) matching this particular author.

I've been trying to see if I'm able to create a second set of tags to add the authors name as a tag per post, but I can't seem to find a way to
    1. add a second set of tags
    2. create a page containing an alphabetical list of those tags
    3. create a page that display results of clicking on one author (showing posts related)
    4. list a "heading" containing the letters in the alphabet.

I really want the functions of this page (in Norwegian...)

I will be so grateful if you have a solution for this. I was looking into the taxonomy plugin, but it seems that it is no longer supported.

    Regards,
