   I am trying to install a theme and it is asking for my HOSTNAMe and of course a username and password, can anyone guide me on this, I am lost and my hosting co is not any help tonight for some reason

   This is your FTP information. Your FTP hostname is usually http://ftp.yourdomain.com and your username and password are supplied by your company. It's probably the same information you use to login to your control panel.
