Too Many Redirects

    Upon upgrading to 3.4.2, I now get too many redirects error and can not view the blog. Also will not log me into the admin section. I can put the old copy back and login to the admin section where I then Chang the permalinks to default. Then move the upgraded wp back into place->still get the redirect error and nothing else. What do I do to fix this?
