Too Many Plugins? (1 post)

Hey there. I'm new to WordPress and trying to get a handle on all the plugins out there. Specifically looking for SEO and Meta-Tags (metatags?).
I've installed All In One SEO, but not getting the flexibility to add keywords and descriptions to my static pages. Ones that I can customize rather than those generated by the plugin (first 20 or so words of the page).
Am looking for a meta-tag plugin and see one that supposedly works with All In One SEO - (category SEO meta tag) - but not sure if I should go with that one - which mentions category pages (what kind of pages are those anyway?), or if another will do.

There's Meta SEO - but would I then need to disable All In One SEO?

Then there's Meta Extension... and so many others - most of which refer to posts - and all my pages are static. By the way, it's http://www.bavarianglutenfreebread.com.

Please advise on which I should try, and also whether I need to possibly disable other SEO plugins or if multiple is OK.

    Thanks in advance. EvelynH
