too many htaccess files?

    I have installed a plugin that tells me this :

    You have more .htaccess files in your system than expected. You are running Apache and should have, at most, 1 .htaccess files in your WordPress install. WP-MalWatch located 3 .htaccess files. You can find them in the following directories:
    * /home/content/87/5151487/html/wp-admin/
    * /home/content/87/5151487/html/_db_backups/
    * /home/content/87/5151487/html/

    Should I worry? Is this a problem to have 3 .htaccess files? Thank you for your help!

    Don’t worry about it. They all look like reasonable locations for .htaccess files to me.
