   hello, when visitors try to display picture with nextgen it's take long time " 1 - 2 min " to open it !!!....
   any suggest ?

   Are you loading high resolution images ?

   Sometimes happens on my site. Try making a copy and reduce the size and re-upload. Then see how long the images take to load after the change.
