   Does anybody know how to go about creating a toggle for plugin activation that can be used on the front-end?

   The way this would ideally work is when an administrator is logged in, they could toggle plugins on and off without going to the back-end.

   I created the desire for such functionality whilst using the front-end editor plugin by Scribu...I think it would be useful for other plugins also.

   Can it be done programmatically?
