Did deactivating and deleting the plugin resolve the issue? Just a little concerned because while I activated it, I didn't turn it on because of the error messages I was getting (something about trailing slashes) and quickly deactivated it after that.

Logically, getting rid of the plugin will get rid of its issues :) Doesn't FIX the plugin but...

it just seems to be something with minify... i disable that and it works fine... if I enable or modify any minify settings I get a page without imgs/css/js... just text

I downgraded to 9.1.3 after 2 hours plus of trying to make it work.
Definite problem with minify... -

0.9.2.1 Resolved the issues I had with 0.9.2.

0.9.2.1 did not resolve the problems here. 0.9.2 and 0.9.2.1 are both flawed. Anyone who hasn't already upgraded from 0.9.1.3 should wait until W3 Total Cache is fixed to avoid the grief others are having.

you are right. also 0.9.2.1 is broken.

did you check with webpagetest.org - i also get it "running" but with no minify or gzip functionality.
