To Multisite or not to Multisite

Hi Guys,

I have been asked to create a WordPress site for a charity, they have requested to have a website with two pages that they can post blogs in. I am new to WordPress, so my question is simple. Should I create a multisite or is there another option to create another page as another blog page. I have googled and so far the MultiSite seems to be an option.
