tmp files and upgrading

    Hello

    I’m reinstalling the 3.2.1 version of WP given with the first install I could not insert images into the posts.

    The install guide asks to eliminate the wp-content/cache folder, which I do not have.

    On the other hand, I’ve many .tmp files in the wp-content folder. Is this the cache? Should I erase them to re-install?
