Titles not working and social shares lost

    Hi,

    I installed the WordPress SEO plugin today and immediately lost all social shares (thousands of tweets, likes etc). These all zeroed out – I am using Tweet Like Plus One plugin.

    Also the homepage title looks really bad – site name | taglinetagline and nothing I change alters this. Posts have post title | sitenametagline and these do not change either.

    I updated the title in the header with the recommended version but this made no difference.

    So, I have disabled WordPress SEO and reactivated All In One SEO again.

    Unfortunately the social shares have not returned… nice one!

    But at least the metadata doesn’t look ridiculous any more.

    Any ideas why this happened and what a possible fix might be?
