Titles For Custom Taxonomies Not Following Rules

    Hi,

    I can’t seem to get the titles of custom taxonomy pages to reflect the settings I’ve set in the Yoast SEO Plugin.

    That is a page listing all reviews (custom post type) with a CPM (term) model (custom taxonomy). The title currently just says
    Model: CPM

    The title should be following these rules:
    %%term_title%% | %%sitename%% - %%sitedesc%%

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
