Title template not changed Yoast WordPress SEO (1 post)

    I have setup yoast wordpress seo with title template to be %%title%% ,
    but in posts it is not showing any effect. titles in post are in structure
    "Site name Post name" , thought i changed it to show only titles.
    Please help me on this. I have cleaned cache but no effect.
