Title of Page Won’t Change in Sidebar

I have three static wordpress sites, and have used the page order plug-in with each one with no problems.

But now I have changed the title of one of the pages on one of the sites, and it won’t show up correctly in the sidebar. The new title shows up correctly on the page, and in the page order listing in Pages > My Page Order, but not in the sidebar.

I’ve never had this problem before and hope to get some help here.
