Title not saving in plugin

    I’m creating my first plugin. It has 3 text files (one being the title) and 2 checkboxes.

    When I enter details into the fields and click on Save, everything works with the exception of the title field which ALWAYS blanks out.

    I’m going nuts. What am I doing wrong?
