Title MisMatch

I decided to change the title of my blog to something a bit more snazzy. (Settings->General->Site Title) The update looks fine on the page, but the browser still reads it as the old title. (ex. Unleavened Recess – Windows Internet Explorer).

This happens regardless of which browser I use.

I’m obviously missing a setting somewhere. Please advise.
