Title isn’t displayed

    I have a problem with my blog. The title isn’t displayed. In ‘header.php’ a have this:
    <title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> <?php if ( is_single() ) { ?> &raquo; Blog Archive <?php } ?> <?php wp_title(); ?></title>
    but the title is missing. In the title appears the blog address.

    Sorry for my bad english.
