title bar expands to fill window

    My title bar has a tendency to expand to fill the whole browser window so that it looks as if the page contains nothing but the blog’s name and a solid block of colour. This seems to happen randomly as it works normally for a while and then suddenly does this. I’m using Prosense theme.
    Any ideas what could cause this and what I can do about it?
