   I have installed a plugin that allows me to put in the Title and Description Meta Tags for each individual post

   Unfortunately though I have the same default title and description meta tags on every page/post in the site

   As crazy as it sounds I can not find where these are being picked up from

   Can anyone help?

   Guess knowing the Plugin name, what Theme you're using, and a link to see the problem will make this easier to grasp.
