    Hi, I'm new to WordPress so I'm sure there will be many questions to come. Right now, I'm stuck trying to move my title above my header image. Any help would be great!

    Better yet, how can I move the Navigation bar (I.e. Home, About) below the header image?

    Make a backup theme folder.
    In current theme, open up header.php file text editor. I will be able to point out the major div wrappers since I don't know all the codes used. The important thing is that each one has an opening div and a closing div.

    You will need to move this block

    <div id="menu">
    <div id="menu_wrapper">
    </div>
    <div class="clr"/>
    </div>

    to right under this block

    <div id="headimg">
    <div id="headimg_1">
    </div>
    </div>
