Tips on retaining readers when moving to new domain

Hello all,

I’m shortly to be moving domain (from http://www.kuvik.net/ztoft/playingbythebook/ to http://www.playingbythebook.net/) and I wanted to hear people’s advice/tips/suggestion on how to make the transition smooth and to make sure I retain the readers I’ve already got. I’m not after technical tips from a wordpress point of view, but rather more general suggestions about keeping readers.
