   Hi,

   I am using the wysiwig editor in wordpress to write. but i press return (enter) but no paragraphs are added. It seems to be stripping the <p> tags on save. I can add html fine, just the wysiwig is the problem

   any ideas?

   1. Don't enter HTML using the Visual Editor. That's what the HTML tab is for. And don't swap back & forth between tabs, The results will be unpredictable.

   2. 9 times out of 10, this is a theme issue - not an editor problem.

   thanks esmi,

   I tried another wysiwyg editor and that had no problems. But i didnt like it much so I found that if i selected all, then press the left align button it works everything out. Which is fine for now.
