   The rich text editor suddenly vanished.
   I did the following to get it back, unsuccessfully:
   -I cleared the cache in Optons/Privacy/Clear Cache Now.
   -I checked to make sure the box was checked in User Profiles
   -I checked to make sure the "Users should use the visual rich editor by default" box was checked in Options/Writing.
   -I closed and rebooted my Dashboard/Write screen.
   -I kicked the computer, screamed at the monitor, and swore at my dog.
   None of the above elicited TinyMCE to return and behave like a good-little-WYSIWYG--
   Instead, it's a WYDSIWYG -- What you DONT see is what you got!!
   Any solutions?

   Kick the dog one more time.

   Have you activated any plugins lately that could conflict? If so, deactivate them one by one and see what you get.
   If that is not it, try re-uploading the necessary files.

   never mind... fixed it... had to reset my java-script filter... now it's back...
