After I changed the blog adress from /wordpress to the root, I used restructured the permalinks. Everything works, but the tinyMCE editor disappeared, when I load a page to update it.
When I switch off the tinyMCE in my profile, I can see the content of the pages in the backend.
I´d be grateful for any hints, thank you

did you JUST change the blog address? Or did you follow the proper instructions?

Yes, I followed the instructions "Using a pre-existing subdirectory install" on http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
I have it in a subdirectory /wordpress, exactly as in the example.
Everything works, except that the editor in the backend doesn´t appear anymore. Is it advisable to change everything back to see if it appears again? Or do you know a solution?
    Thank you for your answer!

I switched now everything back to have the index.php in /wordpress directory. Then the TinyMCE works again. Then I switched again to have index.php in the root directory and the WP installation in /wordpress and the editaor disappeared again. Do you have an idea?
The only thing that has been different in the manual from what I did the first time (because the german manual is different in this point) was that I didn´t copy but move the index.php from /wordpress to root and updated permalinks without having a copy of index.php in the "old" place. Did that maybe cause an error?

No, that should be fine. You moved index.php to root, and edited it.

Did you then go to your permalinks menu to reset them? just go to settings->permalinks and hit save

Although, I don't think that would affect your editor in any way.

If you deactivate all your plugins and switch to twentyeleven, does that fix things?

Maybe a wonky setting in a theme or plugin is affecting things?
