    Hi,
Is there any way to speed up the load time of Timthumb images. ?
I have a number of images on my homepage which are resized via timthumb. and it takes too long to get loaded.
    Thanks,

Have you found a solution for this?
I have similar issue, it appears that if timthumb has to serve 10 images on the same page, sometimes it cannot crop all and serves error for several images. The thing is since it uses cache, so the next reload will not generate the images again.

I think of quit using timthumb, it also takes a lot of server's memory.

I haven't tried Timthumb scanner plugin, but I use the latest timthumb version that exists in the project's source page (currently 2.8.4)
