Times New Roman in List (Help!) (8 posts)

    Hi I have a blog named http://www.nurseslabs.com and there seems to be a problem with its unordered list and ordered list.

    You see, evertime I make a list it shows this code in the HTML:

    <ul>
    	<li><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; line-height: normal; font-size: medium;">
    <p style="display: inline !important;">TO BE LISTED</p>

    and I'm not very happy with that. Why is it on Times New Roman? Is it a CSS problem? There seems to be a mumbo jumbo in the code.

    I am using Daily Theme by Themejunkie
    Thanks!

    Gah. I hate this...all unordered list return to use Times New Roman font...this is by using the visual editor..

    I also noticed that the styles drop down box is different. It seems to be darkened (looks selected) than the normal one (looking unselected).

    Where do you see this code?
    Please link to a page with the ul list — I can't find any...

    Hi Steffen! Thanks for the quick reply.
    See: http://nurseslabs.com/nursing-management/essential-newborn-care-unang-yakap-campaign/

    The problem seems to be in the visual editor. Once I highlight my text and click on the unordered list button it gives me this code:

    <ul>
    	<li><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; line-height: normal; font-size: medium;">
    <p style="display: inline !important;">A</p>

    </span></li>

    In the HTML editor.
    And once I go back to the visual editor, everything is messed up.

    Paid themes are best answered by the themeauthor.

    how are you adding the text in the first place?

    if you copy/paste the text from an external source (document, text editor), you may introduce hidden formatting.

    what happens if you hand-type a list into the visual editor?

    @Steffen. Ok I'll try to ask them.

    @Alchymyth
    Even with hand-typed list it returns to that problem....
