   I am having a problem setting the time on my blog.

   UTC time is : 2006-09-23 11:50pm

   Times in the weblog shoud difer by: -4

   my default date format is correct

   my default time format is correct

   But when I view my site, the time is 6:52am -
   Sun 24 Sep 2006.

   How can i get it to display the correct time and date?

   And where is your server? I mean in which timezone?

   My server is Hostgator. I am in the Southeastern USA.
