Time issue with publishing

    Hello,
    I wrote a post and published it before I realized my timezone was set incorrectly. I then changed my time zone to UTC+9 and then tried to change the post from scheduled to published. The problem is WordPress keeps thinking that the publish date I set is in the future, as if the UTC+9 didn’t effect the posting system… ?
