   The time is consistently off by 12 hours on one of my blogs and I cannot find a way to set it and have it stay changed.

   Yes, I edit the timestamp, but it still posts about 12 hours early.

   Thanks for any help you can give.

   Have you set the time difference from UTC in Options -> General -> Date and Time?

   I have now, thanks to you !

   It was set at 5.5 hours..I tried 6 hours - didn't work...I tried -6 hours and it worked.

   OK -- I make this change, but it doesn't stick. It goes back to zero. So my time is always UTC.

   Why?
