   Hi.
   I have seen versions of TIGA where this are some elements that I can't seem to find within "theme options". i.e.
   1. Header nav bar at the top
   2. Header nav bar under image header
   3. Featured post with imagery (ie how do I make a post a sticky post)
   4.Tagline under image header
   5.Two columns of posts with images at the top

   Lastly,
   How do I control the size of my image in my featured posts on the homepage? ie what is a good size to make them so that they are all standard?

   1. Set up the menus under the Appearance then click the Menus
   2. The same with number 1
   3. When you in the editor area, see on your top right, then find this word "Visibility" click the edit link
   4. Tagline? Where is it?
   5. Not sure about this questions.

   By the way, I'm sorry for the delay :)
